Executive Presentation Training Seminar
Most executives represent their organizations whenever they speak. Executives are always in the spotlight. Executive Presentation Strategies offers intensive training that polishes the performance skills of decision-makers who are in the public eye.
This seminar is designed for decision-makers and other executives who represent their organization and its policies at board meetings, corporate events, public venues, and before legislative committees.
The program features presentations, demonstrations, and small-group and individual exercises. During the seminar, participants create their individual presentations and deliver them over ten (10) videotaped exercises before a small audience. Class size is strictly limited.

organization and delivered on-site at time and location of
client choice.
Objectives
Executives will learn to:
- Plan for Any Audience: Know the audience's expectations and meet achievable objectives.
- Design Memorable Presentations: Create a presentation their audience will remember and the executive can deliver with few or no notes.
- Develop and Create an Ethical Character: Draw on their personal values and professional duties to create a uniform public role.
- Plan and Execute Internal Presentations: Anticipate the special needs of board meetings, and other corporate events.
- Plan and Execute External Presentations: Prepare for the demands of interviews and appearances before the public.
- Think Visually: Develop the pictures and props that help their audience’s understand their message and use these props effectively.
- Tell Interesting and Insightful Stories: Choose examples, anecdotes, and analogies to add meaning and decorum to their talk.
- Appear and Sound Confident: Improve performance skills and reduce all elements of "stage fright."
- Handle Questions and Answers: Interact successfully with any audience, even under duress.
